At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Southern Sass Salon experience and to protect our team members valuable time and efforts.

Late Cancellations

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or send us a message letting us know. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, 50% of the appointment will be charged as a cancellation fee. No call, no show appointments will be subject to charges up to 75% of the service that was scheduled. All clients must have a credit card on file. All information will be stored in the Fresha Salon computer system for your privacy and protection. If you have any other questions please contact us.

Late Arrivals

I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked. A deposit may be required to book your next appointment if this occurs.
